JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Management

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the internal property management in accordance with the applicable boundary list with the landlord and based on the local job description. The position requires close cooperation with the landlord and external contractors. The tasks consist of operational property management such as troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. The responsibilities also include handling and addressing fault reports from the prison's other units. Administrative tasks such as managing orders and invoices are also included.

Outdoor Environment

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the prison's outdoor environment in accordance with the applicable boundary list with the landlord and based on the local job description. The position requires close cooperation with the landlord and external contractors. The tasks consist of maintaining grass areas and plants as well as sorting waste and refuse. There are also operational property management tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, as well as service and minor repairs of machines. During the winter, snow removal is also included in the responsibilities. Administrative tasks such as managing orders and invoices are also included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, structured, and takes great responsibility for their work tasks. Your work effort affects other units both directly and indirectly, therefore high demands are placed on good cooperation skills and a service-oriented approach. It is important to us that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in the individual's will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to ensuring that everyone is treated equally through your approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant
• Education with a property management focus at least at the upper secondary level, or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in property management or property services
• References that confirm you have practical skills
• Goods handling with a wheel loader
